Need advice on strut/sway/tower bars

For the most part, I am a total newbie when it comes to auto mechanics (thats why I own a civic), so please bare with me. I have found this website to be very helpful so far in finding answers to simple questions, but I simply must ask this question. There is countless posts on strut/sway/tower bars and I am finding it difficult to make a conclusion on what the difference is between them all. I am also finding it difficult to find out which are effective or not for handling or balance. I am setting my car up in hopes that I can make it handle well and easily on different road/track conditions, and still have a good chassis balance with minimal roll (does that make sense?). I have heard alot about Neuspeed, but I have also heard some talk about RSX, Spoon, and Type-R bars being effective as well. If anyone can give me some recommendations on what I should do, that would be great. I would prefer not to spend alot of money on this project, but if its WORTH it, then I gladly will.

This thread explains a lot of the differences between the bars and what they do. Kinda long but good read.

Worthwhile:
Upper front bar
Rear sway bar
all else is fluff.

See FAQ, that ^^^ thread and the others on the subject.

Thank you, I will do some reading up on that thread. I own a 2001 EX coupe btw (Em2). Only major upgrade I've done to it is Tein SS Coilovers, and planning on getting an SPC front/rear camber kit soon as my next mod.

So when it comes down to brand names, which do you guys think is the best for the money? Spoon is obviously going to be the most expensive, but by how much?

Buy the Neuspeed Upper Front. Its one piece. It should be the only one on your radar.
For lower rear sway bars, Honda (either the 19, 21 or 22 mm bars from the RSX) or comptech (22mm ITR copy).
The rest.... take your pick. I don't think it matters. The difference is in construction and the thickness of the hardware. Bigger is better, but bigger costs more money too.
