alright, ive been looking around for suspension, at first i was going to just get springs and see how long they last until i get struts, but then i was thinking about how i should just do it right the first time, but i dont have too much money, so i found these, are these complete coilovers? or are they one of those adds that say coilovers lik skunk2 and dropzone???

Those are for double wishbone civics, and they look like garbage. No money is not a time to do suspension upgrades. Wait until you have money to do it all or you'll just cause more problems.
