4 Blown Shocks
4 Blown Shocks
Well I dropped my 02 ex on neuspedd sports a while back and I guess the stock shocks couldn't take it much longer. I'm thinking of redoing my entire suspension and taking out the neuspeeds and starting over. Any ideas??? I also don't want to spend a small fortune but I want my suspension to be right once and for all.. Any opinions would be great.. Thanks...

read that, consider searching and then make a decision. We really can't help you without telling us why you are lowered?

you can:
1) buy aftermarket struts to go with the neuspeed springs
or
2) ditch the springs and go with full coilovers
most cost effective solution: go with #1 as struts go from 300-500. tokico hp blues are perfect for that drop. heard they ride a little stiff, but thats aftermarket for ya

Well thanks guys for the feed back. I guess what I want is something that offers an adjustable ride height so I can raise the car back up a little due to some of the road conditions here. Has anyone had any experience with the Koni Sport shock and spring kit? Is it a good kit and does it have everything I need?

If you do not know much about coilovers, the I suggest doing some research. You can't just change them without affecting the alignment. Also, it is a process to raise the car. You just don't get out and it do it in 20 minutes. It can take weeks until you are happy with the drop so why mess with it unless you are going to leave it that way.
Please don't buy something until you are more educated on suspension. suspension keeps you planted on the ground safely. Plus changing it will negatively affect your ride quality. Understanding how your suspension will change when you change a part is really important.
