Speed Bumps and Potholes

Sup Guys,

I'm lowered on Tein S-teks, roughly a 1.5 drop. I'm riding on 17's.

How do some of you deal with speed bumps and pot holes? Specificly you guys that have a really low drop or a body kit. I'm thinking of putting my body kit on soon... but I really don't enjoy scraping.

Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance (and sorry if this is a repost!)

go other ways around speed bumps when possible. Go sideways over speedbumps. You learn the right procedure for clearing your car. I am about 2" lowered, and dont scrape on much at all. There are times my stock sideskirts get smashed pretty hard though. Get used to driving lowered (if you just lowered), than youll see if you should throw it on or not. I wanted one, but it would bust on me fast

I've been driving with greater awareness of dips and bumps and so on, but still it's somewhat freaky. I'm looking specificly at dips in the road and driveways, stuff like that that perhaps can't be avoided. I don't want to tear off my sideskirts (I plan on throwing octanes on) and some of the speedbumps around here can be pretty big.

So I guess I'll just learn... I had to learn the hard way when I shattered my front neon light a few months ago, so hopefully I won't learn the hard way with my skirts...
Thanks guys.
