Why Does It Do This?

I took my car to get an alignment and have the camber kit adjusted. The final results of the camber adjustment are good, and I'm satisified. I'm not satisified, however, with the steering response. If I let go of the steering wheel on a straightaway, the car steers to the right. And, the steering wheel is not centered; it's also tilted towards the right. I called the shop and they want me to bring it in next week to look at it.

Any suggestions on how I can correct this, or what I should tell say to them? Their response so far is to blame it on the caster, and they're saying it can't be corrected. That caster misalignment is a result of the height of the vehicle; my B+G's do drop pretty mean, though!

What should I say?

Caster isn't adjustable. Its just the angle front to back between the top and bottom of the strut. Should be about 2 deg and there's nothing you can do. Thats not the cause of it.
If your wheel is crooked, your toe is off. It may be 0, but the wheel wasn't straight when they set it. If you center the wheel and it drifts left, then they didn't set center correctly. If it drifts right in the right lane, and left in the left lane, then its just the crown of the road for drainage.
Post your alignment numbers....

Tell those idiots to set your toe to ZERO. Thats why its pulling. Its not actually pulling, but toe out causes a wandering feel, so what you actually feel is the car following the curvature of the road.
