Ive got a 03 ex on 17"s. Im kindof new to the whole suspension thing so i was wondring if anyone has some suggestions on what i should get. I want to lower it probably 1.5 to 2.0 and i want the best ride possible. Im looking to get the best bang for my buck. If anyone has any info that would be great

I recommend you read the FAQ and understand suspension dynamics a little before you lower your car. If you are new to this subject then opinions are just going to confuse you more and 75% of the people on here don't know WTF they are talking about.

I agree... Getting advice on tuning your suspension from people who dont really know what they are doing is like asking a blind man to describe the color purple to you...

You seem to know a little as to what you want from the car, but just dont know what would be needed to get there. So like Rob said, read the FAQ and then ask questions from there.

They should all fit, the only big difference between the years was the size of the bolts for the knuckle.

progressive rate springs are allways nice for street cars... they give pretty good ridequality (when tied in with the right shock) and they handle decently.

for shocks... Tokico HP's would probably be perfect for you, otherwise Tokico D-Spec. (Tokico are on the softer side of performance dampers).

I'd think that any one of our Sponsors would be able to get you what you need (Look at the bottom of the main Forum page)
