Question bar brace set

hey pplz,

what do you think about this bar brace set off ebay?

also i'm not sure if it is going to clear my intake manifold? do you think it would go straight over, between the mani or motor side?

Your intake manifold? You mean your intake. The intake manifold is the black plastic piece underneath the throttle body. They are generic parts, but will do a little bit. There are better parts out there.

Has anyone installed a Neuspeed front strut bar and have problems with the brake pump vacuum tube getting in the way? Tomola, hope you don't mind me hi-jacking yer thread here but you got a very clear picture of the brake vacuum tube going from your intake manifold to the brake pump. Its the tube running parallel to the firewall.

i dont know about that specific intake, but in general, the Neuspeed front tie bar is the only one that will fit with aftermarket intakes. It's because where the intake comes up from the TB is exactly in between the two strut towers, so the Neuspeed goes towards the rear of the car, around it. If I were you I would go ahead and spend the money on the Neuspeed. Remember, you get what you pay for.
