problem with camber kit and rear disc E brake cables
I took my 03 ex coupe to have my rear disc brake conversion put on today. When they were removing my suspesion a piece broke off my camber kit due to it being extremely rusted.I noticed some rust the last time I had the wheel off but didn't think it was to the point of breaking. It just looked bad.The camber kit has been on the car for 1 1/2 years and has not been driven when there is salt on the roads and it is rarely driven in the rain. The kit is made by Ingalls. can anyone recommend a better kit?Has anyone else had this problem? For people with rear disc conversion are any of you using E brake cables off of something other an 02 up SI hatchback? The shop doing the install doesn't like the way the cables fit when rerouted. He thinks I need to find longer cables.Any feedback will be appreciated

which piece of your ingalls camber kit snapped? i would try calling the company to see if you can buy replacements, if the replacement piece(s) cost nearly the sale price, might as well purchase a new set.
i recommend SPC cause i have real good expierence with there rear camber kit. but i live in california where theres no such thing as "salt" here. heh
goodluck
also ibtm to suspension performance

I'm not sure what piece broke I haven't seen it yet.The Ingalls kit has rusted so bad I wouldn't even want a free replacement. All my other suspension pieces r black and shiny the ingalls kit looks terrible.
The Ingalls kit has been redesigned, so it is a bit tougher. The warranty is only for 90 days, so there is not too much help there.
The Acura EL is about 3 inches longer (in wheelbase) than the Si. You have to get them from a Canadian Acura dealer though. But they will fit much better.

I was thinkin about getting the cables off of an EL,but I was wondering do they have any coupes with rear disc in Canada.I can get EL cables for 53 bucks each Canadian so I'll probably go with those.

The ingalls kit is garbage. I had the same thing happen. Look into the Hotchkis arms if you want something that'll take a pounding. The bracket that snapped off holds the ABS line, not the Ebrake, and you can just ziptie the wire to the arm... thats what I did.
