Rep Power: 0 Anyone with rsx or aftermarket reat sway bar?
Just installed my rsx 19mm sway bar and its great, but around one turn i experienced oversteer. I was wondering if i put one the rsx front sway bar would it cancel the oversteer out and make the setup even better, or should i not even bother. Right now my ride is stock 05 coupe Ex with 17's 215/45.
But my neuspeed upper strut tower will be here monday, if that makes a difference.

Rep Power: 388 That is what it is supposed to do. You have to mod the exhaust to fit a RSX sway bar. You can get a stock OEM one from a 01-02 civic. Want to trade?? hehe. They are 1" whereas yours is probably 15.9mm.

Rep Power: 0 what do you have to modify the stock exhaust for? the front sway bar? i just want to know if adding an rsx type-s front sway bar will make the car handle even better than with just the 19mm rear. I didnt modify anything for the rear.

Rep Power: 388 The rear will fit but because the catalytic converter is different for the RSX (K20 engine) and the Civic (d17 engine), the cat might have to be moved for the front sway bar to fit. Why did you bother adding a rear sway bar if you don't want oversteer?

Rep Power: 0 stock is understeer, and i knew that adding the rear sway would cause oversteer. i just thought that adding the front would neutral it out....maybe. if not i like it the way it is.

Rep Power: 356 adjust your driving... its better then adding in more understeer by getting a bigger front bar.
