Ok guys I need some help here im trying to choose from some different coilovers systems for my car. here are the choices please help.

Tein Type FLex

B&G

H&R

JIC

PROGRESS

What do you want from them? They are all for different reasons. Flex and JIC are rough. Need more info.

well i plan on road racing. lol. I do alot of fast agressive driving on the back roads around my house. alot of highspeed turns. of course the ocassional pothole. but i got everelse i want to finish it off nicely.

Well B&Gs then would probably be the lowest on the rung. They are self adjusting and have no camber plates. I don't know what the spring rates are for HR. JIC, Progress and Tein Flex are all good choices. Flex is going to be the roughest as their spring rates are 600+. JICs are good, but lately people have been having problems with them. Might want to look into custom Konis and GCs. You can PM zzyzx or boilermaker for more info on that. Also, talk to the local road racing guys and see what they suggest. I really can't give you a "buy this" because they are all good coils.
