Lowering coilovers...

Where or how can i go abouts getting that plate on the front suspension cut, so that i can reach the coilovers and adjust myself. No what im talkin about? and how much will it cost?

Also, I just have dropzone coilovers installed on stock struts @ one to no finger-gap for now. Opinions on how long my struts will last, should I bring my car up a bit? any input appreciated thanks.

you could get it cut at any shop that does body repair? or your local speed shop.

your stock suspension will last you at the most 4 months and at the least 1 day.

You want to cut the lower spring perch off? DIY it, get a sawzall and go at it, then grind the edge off afterwards so you don't slice your arm up adjusting it. I would take the struts out of the car to do it though... wouldn't want to slip and hit the brake line.

ight hopefully they last me till May/June. i live in florida and there are hardly any bumpy roads, let alone any hills, so that'll help my struts to last.

Ya i need to cut the lower spring perch on the fronts. i suppose i could do it myself. thanks for the input.

i hear its not easy... you can adjust it quite a bit without having to cut it so I would try to stay away from cutting it if you can.
wait nevermind.. on dropzone you use spanner wrenches to lock them huh. I know with ground controls I was able to get in and adjust it since the allen key fits just about anywhere
