A good review on KYB/AGX with H&R's was posted couple days ago. This may be my choice.

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough
the h&r sport sags like a ****. i thought it was good too and thought it was going to be a 1.3 drop but seems twice as much. going to switch to eibach once my friend gets me a good deal.

plan on a getting a camber kit with h&r because it will throw off your camber like a ****. the rims will be slanted too, you'll see.

Tokico blues, I have have them they are great shocks. The firmness is just right for daily driving and make the car more fun to drive. Much better then stock. The design of the front struts is superior to the Koni inserts. You don't need to worry about installation issues because of their design. If you don't need the adjustability then get the blues.
