Tein SS help

I just noticed one day that my Teins were taking bumps way too hard. I have it on the standard setting.

If I'm driving around in the city I don't feel much but when I'm on the highway and hit slats in the road the car starts thumping. Possibly my struts are blown? Or its stuck in a stiff setting? How do I check for that?

Feels like I'm driving on a flat tire nearly but I just had all the tires replaced so it can't be that...

try to set it to a softer damper and see what happens. if you blown the shocks then the ride would be sort of bouncy and not rough.

is the thumping coming from the rear only by any chance?
