Lowering Dilemma

which ones? Tein S-Tech, Neuspeed Race, Progress or Gold-Lines. I want a comfortable ride, but also the lowest ride possible on stock shocks. I kind of want a nice balance between comfort affordability and height Sorry for the stupid post, but im a super NOOB.

Lowering your ride is gonna screw with your comfort no matter what its gonna be a lot stiffer. To get a comfy ride while lowered get some new shocks (koni, tokico) then your set. Your gonna get flamed hardcore I bet cuz that was a stupid *** question right under the suspension faq that says ALL N00Bs READ BEFORE POSTING

If you want comfort you're going to want some new shocks... the stock shocks do not take kindly to lowering. Spare yourself the grief and save for some shocks to go with your springs. Lots of people try to get away without aftermarket shocks, but they usually blow quickly. Besides if you do both springs and shocks at the same time you'll save money on installation and the allignment (you'll only have to do it once if you do them at the same time).

Your car will handle better with something like the tokico blues alone than it will with springs and blown shocks.

IF! you decide to do it the hard way then i'm pretty sure the s-tech's are the closest to stock and the neuspeed and progress are the lowest of the group.

my s-techs are very soft and feel close to stock, but im gonna get a set of tokicos in the near future just to be safe. but yeah like mentioned before id get shocks and springs at the same time to save money for one alignment

i guess i'll go with the teins. thanks for the input, and constructive criticism for my next post, i promise it wont be soo shitty. and yes i did read the faq, and i do know the ride will be stiffer, i was just hoping for opinions.... i'm 15, what kind of post do you expect from me? and yes it is my car (parents bought it for me early), and i turn 16 next month.

tokicos are affordable, dont drop anything lower than 1.75" on them. I have goldlines. I would reccomend goldlines or neuspeed. They should give you a comfortable ride.
