what GC set to get
hi guys I just put my rims on and I want to drop the front a little more,
I have Koni yellows in the rear but stock stuts in the front which I plan to upgrade in the future to konis. Should I get the GC set for the konis and installe them in the fron and rear regardless? would it work fine for a few weeks?
Thanks

It will work fine for a while with Koni GC and Koni rear/stock front shocks. I have/had that setup, but the front bounces a lot. This somehow lead to the rear end bouncing, too, and now all of my shocks are blown. There goes my investment into Konis.

Did you ever bottom them out? because that will destroy any shock.

you need the GC coilovers for Konis because the Konis are different than OEM because of the perch. the front is the same thing as any GC because you're using the oem strut and the shock is Koni. Konis have a lifetime warranty so i dont know why people would drive on blown Konis.

I dunno, my konis are great ! I love them and I cant wait to get a set for the front in the future. =)
yes I Called GC today and I was told that the different takes place in the rear (shocks) the fronts (struts) are the same either stock or Konis because of the fact that they are inserts.
Where can I get some groundcontrol this week? everywhere needs two weeks to order...
THanks !
