ground control coilovers spring rate?

does anyone know that spring rate gc coilovers are set at for the 01+ civics?

hmm im curious as well. I read that they have different spring rates for the coilovers. there should be numbers on the springs.....im gonna see what i can find out.

ground control makes 2 sets of coilovers for our year civics. one set is meant to go with koni yellows while the 2nd are more appropiate for oem shocks.

I also believe they are progressive springs, but I could be wrong. If they are progressive springs, they can't tell you a spring rate just a % of how much stiffer they are over stock.
