How people drive when there car is so low
Today when driving i saw a nice ls 4dr integra with 17 inch rims, very lower all 4 tires all tug, i mean very tug in all you see is half the tires, all 4 of them is like this / \ camber. I just wondering it is sooo low can you actually turn with hiting the fender liner or fender. There really no point of lower it that much you can't even make fast turn without hitting something on your car.
to tuck the rears peopel usually run a little negative camber..... when there is pressure applied to the wheels they camber in more under the suspension rebounds.
and yea, you get used to it....... driving slowly, carefully and if you see a speed bump pull a U Turn

i have teins basic and i drop that to max. my guess is 2.25 or lower with oem kit on 15s and i think is low enought for me. How your guys turn when your front is tug in, so much would it rub the inside of fender?

Where to start... mine are strut bags and the ride is better than it was with the factory suspension. Its smooth at the right psi, and also will handle better than the factory if at the right psi. Having coilovers, I use to bottom out all the time, and the roads around Birmingham aren't the best either. Now I just raise it to a smooth ride. I also had my hangers on the exhaust broken off a few times by really bad dips turning in somewhere. No problem there anymore either. Took my time on the install so nothing rubs and no air leaks. No camber either if at the right psi so it will sit low when parked and still keep the tread on the tires. Girls also seem to get a lot bigger kick out of it than they ever did with just coilovers
Drive slow? No way!
But really, I've never had a problem going fast while being slammed. I think you really have to go fast in stupid situations to suffer. Some situations going slow can't be helped. I recall scraping the front subframe when a protruding part of the pavements came up in the middle of the lane, and since the pavement was uneven making my car bounce while slowing down, I inevitably scraped it at 2mph. I was on GCs.
Another thing you don't want to do (no matter how you're lowered) is run over a rock the size of your fist. You'll be like, "WTF?"
It looks like the older Civics and Integras can fill their wheel wells easier (while still having adequate ground clearance) than 7th Gen Civics - running on 15s and the smallest profile possible. That's the only issue I have with lowering a 7th Gen Civic.
However, right now I couldn't be more satisfied with the ground clearance I'm at Vs. the wheel gap my wheel/tire combo offer with my B+Gs. The only way I could fix the gap issue is get larger wheels with tires that have an adequate profile - OR get thicker tires for my 15s and that ain't gonna happen ever. Bags? Never.
I might just go back to a more customizable suspension in the future - Ground Control/Koni Yellows.
The lowest car I've seen was this 7th gen on bags that's in NorCal. He's on 95 GSR rims on 195/50-15s tucking the tires. One pic I saw his car rolling like that. Talk about ridiculously low. All I want is to completely fill the wheel gap... not tuck the tires.
