lowering a lil bit
This winter im buying what i need and so such for a sweet spring set up 
anywho i dont wanna drop the car emensly.. but im wondering what can i do by just swapping springs out without ****in up the rest of the suspensiona nd such. someone told me i can go 2 inch without needing to do much other then the springs.
ebay sells cheap springs but are they any good?
also just for ***** and giggles.. what does air ride for our cars cost?

tells you how low certain springs drop and other important info. Rule number 1: You get what you pay for. And search for how much air ride cost. It will cost at least a grand for just the kit and then you have to pay to have it installed.

Dont get springs that are cheap. If you are getting them off ebay, go for the major brands. Not some $1.00 springs. Like robbclark said, you get what you pay for.

Regardless of the drop, they will still weaken. The tein s techs and prokits were designed for stock shocks, but that doesn't mean they won't become worse.

hm i say just save your money and do it all at once...even though it seems you have your mind set on aftermarket springs on stock shocks...if you blow your stock then you want to sell the car, take out all the aftermarket stuff u'll still have to buy some now struts from honda..but im not telling u what to do, well just think about it.
cheap now = way expensive later(buy aftermarket shocks then sell car and buy new oem shocks)
expensive now(buy aftermarket then put back stock when u want to sell) = cheap later

For the most part I agreee BUT supposedly tein designed the S. tech to work with the stock shocks/struts. And if you DIY it should only cost you a few hours when you finally need to replace the stockers. Plus there are alot of members on this site using similar drops (eibach) that have not had any problems and have quite a few miles on stock struts/shocks.
