01 coilovers fit 03?

01 coilovers fit 03?
My friends got me 01 coilovers for my bday..and i own a 03 civic......when i look at the size..its alot smaller then the 03 springs..and im not even sure if the 01 coils i got will even fit the shocks....will the 01 coils work with my 03 shocks?...i searched the forum and no results appeared

are you talking about the 01 coilover springs are smaller then your stock springs?
