RSX-S Sway Bar vs. Warranty

Hey, I'm planning on getting an RSX sway bar, but as far as I know, it will probably void the warranty if anything goes wrong and the Honda tech guys find it there. I was just wondering what the chances of them finding out that it is not a Civic sway are. I mean, both the Civic sway bar and RSX sway bar look virtually the same, right? Thanks for the help.

They won't find out.
Just buy one and install.

Differnce is 6 to 7 mm.
They aren't going to spend time measuring diamter of sway bar.

Visually there is a big difference vs the 12mm bar and the 19mm bar. but its a factory honda part and looks almost Identical to the Original, so You shouldnt have any problems.

and it would only Void the warrenty on the rear suspension any way.

Yeah, I thought so. Thanks guys. The thing is, I've gotta convince the dad cause he's paying for the car and warranty.

Would I need any extra bushings or anything to install it, or do I use the Civic's parts?

You'll need the RSX Bushings, but the Civic brackets are the same as the RSX brackets. Thats it
