Rep Power: 0 Air ride problem????
Has anyone had any problems with their alternators from driving the compressors and everything else too? I want to do 2 compressors to one tank so it won't take so long to fill, but I don't want it draining too much and causing any problems. Anyone know if it will hurt anything??

Rep Power: 0 the most widely used compressor, Viar 450 - 100% duty cycle is rated at 20 amps. I use one with a 20 amp fuse and have never blown the fuse. I also use it with my 4 channel high's amp which draws around i dunno....30 amps...it would be the same as running a high power stereo system. But if you got that too and 2 comps its gonna be hard !

Rep Power: 0 I have a custom system running a 800 watt amp and 300 watt amp, and 2 compressors for my bags and I have yet to of had a problem. However I never usually hit my bags unless I'm parking (lower) or going somewhere (raise). I usually have the radio up a bit when they are working but no problems with my alt. not yet at lease (knock on wood). I would say you should be o.k. It may become a problem if your bags begin to leak and your compressors are going off constantly. Then you might want to check your valves but other then that you should be o.k.

Rep Power: 0 Alright thanx, if I start to worry about it I'll just try to cut the amp off whenever the compressors are on for very long. Its not but a 425 watt amp anyway so it shouldn't be that bad.
