R1 springs?

Curious if anyone has run with R1 springs and stock shocks? Right now im using aerospeed coilovers and everyone tells me that springs will be much better. My shocks are blown right now, just wondering if they have held up for anyone running this kind of springs?

Arent those R1 springs the ones you see on Ebay alot? I think I read about a couple of people using them here in the past with mixed results. Springs are usually softer then most coil overs is probably what they meant. If your looking to replace your coil overs with an economical softer riding spring, look at some Goldlines. You have a better chance with the stock struts lasting longer with springs then coil overs, though they both will eventually blow the stock struts.
