Mugen Relipca Rear Strut Bar

Does anyone have this or know how it compares to the Cusco rear bar?
I know the Cusco fits our civics and I would think this one would also.
Its only 69.99 or is it worth getting the Cusco.

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

I don't think that bar is STS legal anyways...
There's something in the rules to the effect of suspension tie bars may be attached to existing suspension mounts. Since that doesn't attach to the towers, I don't think it'll fly.

I take it that the Cusco bar does attach?
