I measured it for Greg a couple months ago... It seems as if it would fit. I know Greg now has it on his car, he says its pretty damn rigid. One thing to be aware of is if you do racing that has wierd rules (like SCCA STS) those bars are illegal because they're braces that don't mount to suspension points. Other than that, if you pull back the trim in the trunk, there are 2 bolts about 3/4 the way up the pass through that seem to be identical to the ones in the RSX.

Cuz the JIC bar attaches to the car like that. It isn't really a "Strut bar" per say.

Strut bars by Definition attach to strut towers, if your car doesnt have struts, then its called a Tie bar.....

SO, our cars have struts on the front and not on the rear, meaning that you would use a Strut tower bar on the front upper mounts, and a Rear upper Tie bar on the rear.

But we do have strut tower bars for the rear also, namely cusco, OBX, generic and one other High end one.

Technically they are not "strut" bars because they dont attach to a strut. they attach to the upper mount of the shock and "Tie" them together, so they should be called Tie bars.

Its a definition in terms, a strut bar attaches the strut towers together (A good thing because the struts are a Load bearing part of the suspension) a Tie bar attaches the top of the shock towers together (also a good thing) but unlike struts, in a Non-Strut based suspension, the shock tower is not load bearing and thus subjugated to much less stress, so on a Non-Strut type suspension a Tie bar is not nearly as nessiary.

Yes, they do the same job, but one is more crucial then the other. So really they are only different in names is because of what type of suspension they attach to.
