From here

Sway bars can provide excellent additional cornering abilities to already finely tuned suspension on every automobile. Often times however sway bars cannot be adjusted to the driver specific needs. This however is not the case with the iStabi. Equipped with a 10 step adjustable dial, this sway bar can be tuned to your driving needs. Positioning ranges from soft to hard makes the effects of this stabilizer set in for early or late responses depending on what you desire.

Need more info.... RS*Rs website is kinda useless, but I've never seen any of the suspension stuff for sale (with the exception of the Down springs). An application list would help, although I'd venture to say the DC5 would be on it. I'm willing to bet that thing is at least $400 though.
