Tein or Type-S??

I am using Tein SS right now. I like it but I think it's too hard for me. I got myself a set of RSX Type S suspension(strut and spring). I am wondering the ride height and the spring rate of the Type-S springs. I can't decide I should lift my Tein a little higher to get a softer feel, or use the Type S suspension.
What's the springs rate of RSX tYpeS? Will the Tein coilover have a lower sping rate if I lift it up?If I use TypeS sturt and Tein lowering spring for Civic, will this works?
