Hotchkis anti-sway bars.
Anyone using them? I know the rear is 25mm, but what's the front? Like 27? Is there a way you can buy these seperately? I hate the fact they come in red. Think I'll powder coat them a different color if I get them.

www.clubrsx.com.
Not necessarily cheap either. (Think I'll wait for the price to fall. I don't really need thicker bars more than I do stiffer springs.) There is a DIY on how to install it and their endlinks.

And yeah, they'll fit our cars. (I can safely say that for the rear.) It uses the same anti sway bar design. The front resembles the EX bar. I believe DC5@EM2 owns these front and back? So yeah I can say they do work front and back.

25.4mm to be exact for the stock front. I guess they thought it would be matched if they were the same size. I personally don't think (going by predictions) that this would be the best set up. the 25mm bar might be too big for the front causing more oversteer. They are nonadjustable from what I know. There is also a "race" set of bars in progress by hotchkis.

I thought it was the other way around?Bigger in the rear causes more oversteer
Bigger in the front causes more understeer

Yup..... Higher roll resistance in the front= Understeer
Higher roll resistance in the rear = Oversteer
Figuring out how much roll resistane front and rear to make a well balanced car = Miracle

So far I'll have to say I like the front stock bar but I truly won't know till I'm on spring rates I actually like.

WOW... 25 in the rear sounds like a hell of a lot. I've seen people pick up the inside rear with a 22 in the new Si. I don't know if I'd go for that stiff with out some really hard springs to keep stuff on the ground.

Picking up the rear tire on a FWD car is not that big of a deal, It mostly means that they need to stiffen up the front a bit.
Idealy, you want the inside rear tire to just bairly leave the surface when you are at the limits of traction.

adjusting the end link does not adjust the strength of the bar.....
Heres an example of an adjustible bar Vs an non adjustible bar
See the difference?
