Question Help Please!

Hi. I just installed my skunk 2 coil overs and everytime i turn, there's a clicking sound. can anyone tell me what that is and why is it doing that? how can i fix it? thanks

it might be the springs just settling in Or the springs hitting the top perch. 3rdcivic made a great diy on how to solve the problem. basically you want to seperate the spring from the top perch so that metal doesnt hit metal. he used some plastic/rubber type thing. try searching for "ground control noise solution" or something like that

you top spring prech isn't aligned with the bottom, the clicking is the sliding of the top of the spring along the top perch.

yea.. since the coilovers are smaller than the perch diameter, they tend to slide around. make an O-ring and place it between the sping and perch.
