is it ok to CUT GOLDLINEs 1 COIL

i have an 02" 4 door i didnt like the way my car SETTLED. my rear sits a bit lower in the back . i WANTED to know if it was coo to CUT the fRONT a coil or half down

its perfectly fine, i used to drive around with cut goldlines, its gonna be a lil bit bouncy though !

i wouldnt cut it.. just buy progress or neuspeed race springs and swap it.

Civic 4 Door

Hello,

Do you have the correct spring kit(p/n GPS-0107) on the vehicle? If so, the rear should actually sit slightly higher. As always, if your unhappy with the outcome please contact us in order to fix the problem. I wouldn't advise cutting coils though. Whether they're Gold Line or not.

hey jeff whussup, nice to see you drop in from time to time..
ya i would make sure you have the right kit first. if not talk to jeff. they have great customer service. if they are the right springs you can either add spacers in the rear, cut a coil off the front or just get new springs (such as neuspeed )
