The front sway bar wouldn't fit EXs because of the cat. They took it back for redesign. That is the updated version. And of course it looks the same, it is a generic picture that they put on there for all progress's sway bars.

****, you're telling me me front bar won't clear if I convert to an EX exhaust setup? Maybe with a random tech cat.....Hope so, since I spent a lot of money on it!

yeh the old design didn't fit. it wouldn't fit over my stock cat. i had to send that crap back. i just went ahead and got the suspenion tech. bars instead. which fit perfect. by the way anybody else have problems with the rear sway bar fitting on the rear with the tcs exhaust?

I still got my bad bar, I gotta call progress today then and they better swap it out. I dont think their customer service is that good, because I've emailed them and never got a reply and called them and just got an answering machine. You think a business would have somebody answer the phone!!!

Hmm - I wonder if they will take the old bar back? I bought mine about 2-3 months ago....I'd def like the new one since I plan on adding a turbo later, and would need to convert to a different exhaust setup.....

In spite of the stock bar being 25mm (for a 2k2), it might be somewhat better since their bars have considerably more mass and weight made into them compared to stock.

From where I'm at now, stock is fine unless I decide to make my car oversteer a lil' too much more than desired.

first of all, consider HondaLuver is also from Cali and assuming he bought his from PTuning, he should be able to tell me how many days he got it...and I am sure there are others that's from cali and also bought the bar from them.
second, even if i email, they will probably reply it like within [enter # here] weeks. and the most common one is within 6-8 weeks.

thx

Wait, they took the old bar BACK?! Did they charge you or what? I just bought mine back in March or so from Ptuning...What did you have to go through to get the new one?

I ordered mine from options auto and I called them told them the problem and they said to send it back and they'd get me a new bar... since its progress fault you should be covered under who you bought it from... give it a shot, it wouldn't hurt.. I talked to Michelle at progress and she told me to just call up whoever sold it to me....
