Mugen Power for the corners...
The Mugen Sport Suspension is out!
Only sets you back $1000 too. I don't think it's height adjustable, but I'm checking into the spring rates, drop and damping force adjustability. They relocated the steering arm to reduce some of the bump steer as well. Its a DC5/EP3 kit, however like everything else, I'm sure it bolts right in. Looks really pretty and beefy to me...

I've got an e-mail into King Motorsports... they're usually good about quick replies so I should know drop info soon.

YEah I am interested in knowing more details!! They may or may not fit. I emailed Tein about the RSX SS-P and they told me they won't fit the civic. So not all parts are interchangable.

Alright talk about fast... here's the numbers
Its a 1.4" all around drop, Spring rates and damping force are metric
here :
http://www.kingmotorsports.com/product.asp?detail=1550
I converted the spring rates, and if I did it right, I come up with
207 lb/in Front and 413 lb/in rear.
It's completely not adjustable, just a matched set of springs and dampers.. kinda like the H&R Cup kit.
Something to think about though... the kit is tuned for the assumption that there is a K20 under the hood. It weighs a bit more than our engine and subsequently throws off the weight distribution (Ours is more neutral because of the lighter engine)... take that into account. I don't know how much difference it will make. Sway bars might neutralize it out.

I just got another message back, it fits the EM2 with no trouble according to King Motorsports.
And with the adjustability thing.... if it was matched right the first time, then they shouldn't need adjustment... it should just work.

Right now, my only issue with them is the Rather Mild Spring rate. they are probably very simalar to H&R's cup Kit in ride and handling. good deal for some one whos looking for a nice ride with improved handling, and dosn't want to deal with tuning their suspension. I'd pass it over if you are building a car for autocross or track days, but thats just my opinion.

Yeah. Those spring rates are just a little higher than stock!! That is pitiful coming from mugen. They arent even built for performance. All name and no performance!

MMM... i would have thought more from mugen.. although a 1.4 is a good nuetral drop size there are points there.. a full replacement is better... but I might go with the tiens later unless something happens with it cuase I got a hook up on the tiens..
It looks nice and beefy, really sturdy, I just wish those spring rates were higher.. i mean i believe my gc's have better than that..
We shall see...

For $250 a corner, and no camber kits needed, I think that's a very fair deal.
It may not be the perfect racing setup, but the quality, ride, and handling performance should be way better then stock.
I do 60 miles a day on the freeway.....I'm just about sold on these.
