On my 1997 CIVIC EX it has a green, red/black and black wire coming out of the harness on the brake tail light. I just got some new LED tail lights and I cant figure out where the wires go in/on the harness. The LED wire colors are ORANGE and BLACK. I have tried to splice into the wires and tried every variation to get the LED's to work..... What am I doing wrong??? Any help would be super. Thanks !!

the led lights dont plug into your stock harness? and are they just lights to light up the tail light or do that really work when you hit the brakes, turn lamps, etc.?

chances are its just a led halo light and the rest of the tails use stock bulb.
