Need Information on Rims
I'm kinda new to the whole switching out wheels thing and I want to make sure that when I order a set of rims that they will fit on my car.......what do I need to know..I'm getting 17's by the way. Any help will be appreciated

Dammit, there was a really good info post on the old forum... it seems to have gotten lost in the move. If you want to search back a while, find a thread called "so you want to know about rims?"
Basics are offset, width and bolt pattern.
To fit a Civic, you need an offset between 37 and 45... the farther you want to drop, I'd recommend a larger offset.
The Width shouldn't be more than 7.5" and the wheel must have a bolt pattern that is 4x100 mm.
