I've called around, and everyone I spoke to said that you do NOT need hub-centric rings for ROTA's on a Civic. I've got Rota Slipstreams on my Civic without the rings - and no problems.

If they're exact copies of SW388s, they you should not need them... because the real 4x100 pattern Spoonies are designed to work specifically with Civics and Integras.

I have them for my 15 Slipstreams theres about a 1/4 inch gap all the way arround the hub and the center bore of the wheel with out them. I would recomend them if you plan on doing any spirited driving. Better safe then sorry. when I swap my race wheel this weekend Ill get the specs on the Hub centering rings.
i would highly recommend hub centering rings for the rotas. i have 16" slipstreams on my car. the wheels have a centerbore of 67.1mm and the car's hub is 56.15mm--these wheels are not hubcentric. without the rings, your uncentered wheels may cause your car to vibrate/shake at certain speeds. i got my aluminum centering rings from dicount tire direct for $10 shipped.
