What kind of lugs do you need them for?
I'll say Mcgard, but it depends.

Rays Engineering makes a nice set too if you can afford them. They are forged Duraluminum and cost $135 a set. They use a 7 sided nut too.

Those aren't really "locks" they do need a key to get off, but you can also hammer a 12 point socket on them and get them off. They'd be great for the track, since they're so damn light or if you're not super worried about them getting stolen, they're fine... but they're not true locks in the sense.
I do realize you can get the McGard type off too, but it takes a little more determination.
If you for some reason have a wheel with a 45 degree taper (kinda rare) then Mugen makes a great set. They're light, and there's 4 keyed lugs (1 per wheel).

i have the gorilla small diameter locking lugnuts (ordered from jc-whitney-- $37 something with shipping) i went out to the garage and tried all the sockets in my set and there isn't a way to get them off with a 17mm socket--it's way too big. i'm happy with them. just remember that somebody, if he/she's determined enough, can get wheel locks off regardless if they're gorilla, mc guard, etc.
