Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

This is my crude, not always nice, but fairly accurate way of determining quality... look at the price, then compare it to similar items.
Those are about $107 each.... 17" rims can range between $100 and $600 (sure they can go higher, but you're up into exclusive multi-piece wheels by that point (HRE comes to mind). That should probably tell you something about them.
