COD...phew kinda fishy...anything goes wrong ur shippin $$ goin down the sink. but i went to safeway...snagged couple cargo boxes and nuts....wrapped it up...took it to fedex....i'm at seattle, i was shippin the rims to texas and it was $35 for one box, 4 tires 4 boxes....do the math
You can't ship COD by UPS unless the recipient has an account or a certified check for the exact amount. They don't want their drivers carrying cash anymore.
I used go ship tires on the Greyhound bus to be picked up, but only over distances of 200 miles or so.

go to your local tire store and ask them for some boxes. Most of the time they are just thrown away and I'm sure that they will just give them to you. As for the Grey Hound thing, worked great for me when I had a bike shipped to me, cheap too. Hope this helps.
