Somebody at work told me somebody made 19 inch rims for the honda civic.they are made for honda civics.they will not rub or nothing ,does anyone know who makes em.

There are many companies that make 19 inch rims for Civics. I believe you would need a 215/35/19. But ya anyways, pretty much any 4x100 wheel should fit. Make sure to check the offset before you buy though.

Yes racing hart make them, kmc, giovana, hp and more i have 19" on my civic and i dont rub.

That is correct as long as you have the proper offset and bolt pattern and a 19" wheel no wider than 7.5" it should fit like a glove. A 215/35-19 tire will probably fit just right too, 225 may be too wide.
