Nakayama X7 or Motegi MR7

Getting new wheels/tires and i need some opinions between these two. I drive a 2002 SSM LX Coupe. Not interested in gunmetal or black, just silver. Tires will be 215/45/17

I really like the MR7 personally. However, they weight around 24.5 lbs!!!

I have nakayama gt-5's. I like them, they aren't too heavy. I like those motegi's better than that set of nakayama's. I don't like the grooves in the spokes.

The Silver MR7 does look good but to me is really played out and is really heavy. I was looking at shops here when I bought my rims and everyone has the MR7 even sears and they only had maybe 12 rims on display. So I went out on my own and bought through the internet and got Enkei's which saved me more money then the local guys quoted me since they refused to match prices. But yeah the silver MR7 was my 2nd choice when I was buying

Here is a great idea for all those who want MR7's but don't like the fact they weigh almost 25lbs.... go with the Konig Tantrum, almost identical in the silver and for a bit more money you will get a better quality lighter wheel!

yeah i'd go with the tantrums, the motegi's are a bit too heavy. but that design is still played out
