I don't know the weight on either but I am pretty sure they aren't going to be lightweight. If you really want to knock some weight off get a set of "lightweight" wheels, Rota makes the Slipstream which weights like 11 lbs thats a lot lighter than either of thoes and probably costs about the same for the set.

Honda factory wheels are pretty light... The 00 Si's are 16lbs a piece. As are the GS-R rims. Since everyone seems to want the Si rims... Do something different... try the GS-R ones. Just see if you can replace the Acura with a Honda 'H' in the middle.

Just curious... has anyone actually weighted a Rota rim... I've heard they aren't as light as they claim to be.

I have 15" rota subzeros w/ the stock tires. I didn't weigh the rims by themselves but the wheel and rim came out to just over 30lbs. You know how it kinda takes some muscle to squat down and put the wheel back on the studs, well I can do it w/o even straining with the subs. The wheel/tire is so light that it likes taking off and mounting go-kart wheels. Steering takes considerably less effort as well. I thought my steering wheel was broke when I got back in the car after having them mounted.

Oh, if the si rims only weigh 16lbs each, I just might get them and get rid of the subzeros. I am considering raising my car back up, but the 15" subs look REALLY bad with the car at stock height. The si rims seem to look better for some reason.
