New Tires - Big Difference???

I'm replacing my stock tires with 205/60/15's. What kind of handling/performance upgrade can I expect? Is it really that noticiable....and what would be another good handling upgrade next, w/o dropping the car? Sway bars or the likes?

thanks,
01 civic ex coupe

If you get a good quailty tire, then you will notice a difference in traction. You will be able to corner and brake better as well, as for that being noticable...i don't know. Either way spend some extra money and get a pretty good tire.

your sidewalls still going to be the same size so your handlings going to be the same. only thing your going to get out of it is better traction. so ya i wouldnt really call it a handling upgrade.. if you get 16s with smaller tires, then i would consider it a handling upgrade. ya i would suggest the progress sway bar. it comes with the tie bar as well and that should help out alot.. if your looking for something cheaper, a used rsx sway bar would be fine.
