No they wont just bolt in there will be some modification to get it done. Your best bet would be to go with the 02 SI rear disc conversion or wait for AEM and WIllwood to come out with it

I don't see how it could be all THAT hard, you probably won't need the control arms, however everything else you'll need. I imagine removing the drum brakes would be the first step so you have a bare hub with 4 studs coming out of it... fit the rotor on there and see how it fits, if it fits you will have to go to a machinist and have them custom fabricate an adapter to the calipers/bracket...

Mind you, I've never done this on our civics, nor do I know how the setup is behind the drums on honda's, but if you can squeeze the caliper on there after removing the drum brakes, and there seems to be enough room for everything, I'd give it a shot... who knows, it just might work... but it's hard to say.

its not as simple as removing the drum and bolting on a Rotor and "squeezing" a caliper on it its quite a bit more difficult ive seen the system behind the drum before, if it were as easy as you say it is why hasnt anyone "squeezed" on rear disc conversion yet, if was that easy i would already done it

totally correct! You also need to hook up parking brake cables to the rear calipers. The brake master cylinder is different also.
