What size are these rims ???

Can anyone tell me if these rims are 16X7's or 17X7's ... I have these rims right now and I got a 2k2 civic ... and thinking that they are just a nice fit ... for the car ....

http://www.goldlineonline.com/02Civic5.JPG

1) what size are the rims in the picture? If it were 17's I think there would be less rubber than there is in the picture ...
2) I was also was wondering if the offset on these wheels would fit a 2k2 civic ... here are the specs for the rims I got. 16X7.5 with a 42 mm offset, BSM (whatever that is) is 5 7/8. Tire is a 205/55R/16

I hope they will fit and then I wont have to get new rims right away ...

please let me know ...

ya looks like 17s with some big tires.. i'm guessing 215-45-17. but ya it looks even bigger cause of how the sidewall is... its not like your normal low pro nitto, toyo, or falkens.. its like a regular stock tire with a smaller sidewall. you get what i'm saying?

Thats what I was wondering .. because my 16's have a sidewall like that. It kinda bulges ... to me thats what I was wondering if they were 16's. The 45R tire to me would be more straight and doesnt look like a 17 would have that much rubber. What you think.

thats the problem ... goldline on the page dont have an e-mail section ... and I aint about to call long distance just for that. Kinda dumb, having a webpage with only a contact as a number ... although I hear they give amazing service ... e-mail section on a webpage would be a great addition.
