What do you think is $400 good for SI rims and tires with 50% tread or should I try to talk him down or hold out for better price.

Rep Power: 0 if the rims were from 2000 that is a good deal, check to see how well the alloy has held together, if the alloy looks worn, then they wont be worth getting in the first place because, then they wont look as good.

Rep Power: 341 It depends if they are 2000 Si rims or 2003 Si rims. If they are 2000s, then I would consider it, but only if the actual rims were in perfect condition. But for not much more money, you could get larger aftermarket rims, which would be my choice. If they are 2003s, then do not buy them. Coz a 50% tread would mean its been driven like hell. Either way, only buy them if you want to stay on 15s. $400 sounds like a decent price to me.

Rep Power: 393 i never got the whole thing about SI wheels.. they look ugly to me. so yes i'm with 1sik, save up another 400 and get 17s. but 400 for them seems alright(your not getting a deal nor are you getting ripped off).. i personally would never pay that much for such simple wheels like those tho.
