Go to store, buy a pair of jackstands for $14.

I just saved your life.

oops, I read your post again.

With unidirectional (no rotational arrow), you can switch the Fronts w/ the backs, keeping the tires on the same side of the car. YOu MUST do this with directional tires. eh, I would just do it that way.

soo yea, back left w/ front left, same with right.
If you turn one direction a lot, you can do the criss-cross thing IF you have unidirectional tires. I mention this because I used to take highway on/off ramps a lot on my commute w/ my old car, so the left side tires got a lot more wear than the right. I had them do the criss-cross pattern.

whenever I tighten my lugs i just keep turning them until I hear them start to click. I'm assuming that means they're torqued to spec.

yeah mex something like that, theyll start "creaking" and after a few creaks, stop, they should be pretty tight by then.

as for rotation, if you have tires like stock, honda recommends front to back, then the left rear goes to right front, right rear to left front.

if you have directionals, like previously noted, only rotate front to rear. if you cross them theyll be turning against the tread pattern, and will mess up the tread real bad.

i just recently rotated my tires, and here is what i did (since mine are directional, i just swapped rear to front, and i technically could have just jacked up one side at a time, but i didnt):

1. first, loosen the lug nuts a bit with the car on the ground (so you dont make your wheels turn when the car is jacked up or knock it off the stands)
2. jack up front of car
3. place front of car on jack stands
4. jack up back of car
5. place back of car on jack stands
6. remove left rear wheel, remove left front wheel, and swap them
7. remove right rear wheel, remove right front wheel, and swap them
8. tighten the lug nuts as much as you can with the car jacked up
9. remove car from jacks; tighten lug nuts to 80 lb/ft using torque wrench

WOW!!

80 ft lbs, youll warp the rotors that way, back it off to about 50-60 lbs, you only go 75-80 on a truck or something like that.

80 ft-lb is what the manual recommends.
