exel wheels

a friend of mine is looking at wheels from this company. anyone know about them, good or bad (manufacturing methods, strength, etc...)? i know nothing about this company or their wheels, so any info is appreciated.

one time i heard of them. not sure of the quality. probubly poor and not nearly as good as the bigger name rims.

I have them. They're really good, in my opinion. I have 17" that weigh about 18 lbs.

They're a new maker so their name or rep hasn't even been established yet. But they're manufactured in the same place in Japan as the Katana wheels I believe.

If they're not hardcore forged wheels they're bascially the same in my opinion.
