well noob lol j/k man. i think the difference between hyper silver and regular silver is that the hyper silver is more off a silver color. its shiner. the regular silver is more dull compared to the hyper silver.

i got the MR-8's on my civic too. i like them and they are nice wheels for a good price, the only thing is, i have them in a 16x7 and with the deep dish from a distsance they look soooo tiny, like a 14 or something becasue all i concetrate on is the spokes and not the rim around it. oh well. thats why im upgrading to a 17.
