Is $900 for Rota/Nitto 450 tire package good?

Saw a package deal on the web advertising $900 for 16 in Rota Slipstreams wrapped with Nitto 450 tires. I know I can get those wheels for $500 shipped, which leaves me $400 for tires. Is it possible to get better tires without getting Kumhos? I know nothing about Nittos. Are they good?
