Ok, my dad told me that once you put tires on a car if you sell them to someone else the tires have to go on the same wheel on the other car. Ok, like you would have to put the used front right tire on the front right wheel of your car. Does that make sense? Anyway, is this true??

not true at all,make sure u put the tires with the best tread in the front,look for bulges on the sidewall,uneven tread wear on either side of the shoulders,check tread depth with the penny method or use a depth gauge if wanna be technical, if the tires r directional type,u have to make sure the arrow on the tire is pointin at the right direction.
