Dealer wanted $1400 for them... I laughed. Then he said $650, and I still wasn't buying it. So he finally said that if I took it home by the end of the month (4 days) he'd just throw them in. So they got tossed into the price of the car (which was pretty low). Also got the factory indash changer free, but that's a whole nother story........

He prolly lives in Canada where the EX comes with Si rims. That or he drove a hard deal and made the dealership give him one. The 2003 civics in the US will come with Si rims now too.
